  • Technical management of our first practice in Berlin
  • Management and development of therapists
  • Care of patients both in individual therapy and on our modern training area
  • You are actively involved in the development and implementation of modern therapy concepts
  • Preparation and design of treatment and exercise plans
  • Planning of treatment procedures
  • Participation in internal training courses and team events
  • Ambassadors of our corporate culture internally and externally

qualifications

  • To help shape motivation and take responsibility
  • Completed education and relevant experience as a state-recognized physiotherapist
  • ideally initial management experience and the ability to motivate
  • Expertise in anatomy, physiology and medical diagnoses
  • Ability to independently plan and implement therapy plans
  • Empathy and empathy when dealing with patients
  • Athletic and interested in active physiotherapy
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to continue education
  • Good organizational skills and careful documentation of treatment processes
  • Interest in additional programs and work away from the therapy table
