Technical management of our first practice in Berlin
Management and development of therapists
Care of patients both in individual therapy and on our modern training area
You are actively involved in the development and implementation of modern therapy concepts
Preparation and design of treatment and exercise plans
Planning of treatment procedures
Participation in internal training courses and team events
Ambassadors of our corporate culture internally and externally

qualifications

To help shape motivation and take responsibility
Completed education and relevant experience as a state-recognized physiotherapist
ideally initial management experience and the ability to motivate
Expertise in anatomy, physiology and medical diagnoses
Ability to independently plan and implement therapy plans
Empathy and empathy when dealing with patients
Athletic and interested in active physiotherapy
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to continue education
Good organizational skills and careful documentation of treatment processes
Interest in additional programs and work away from the therapy table
