- Terminplanung
- Entgegennahme von Anfragen per Telefon oder Email
- Rezeptverwaltung
- Arbeit mit der Praxissoftware
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung der Abrechnung sowie Durchführung dieser
- Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und Ärzten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie der Praxisleitung
That's what you bring
- Eine Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich sind gern gesehen, aber kein Muss
- Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen, du bist die gute Seele der Praxis
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Praxissoftware
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Einfühlungsvermögen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf sehr gutem Niveau, außerdem mindestens gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
